You’ll see me write about Jacques constantly. He truly is my favorite Chef. His dishes are simple yet elegant; flavorful yet healthy. His techniques are amazing and very easy to emulate. He also have a cooking show “Fast Food My Way” that I record and watch over and over. It reminds me of his dishes that I love and helps me think of new creations.

This is an absolute MUST HAVE whether you love to cook, hate to cook or think you know everything about cooking you will no only be inspired, you will learn amazing things!!!! Complete Techniques & Recipes. His videos are awesome too, but sometimes is great to just sit down with a good book!
